In order to be more efficient in helping out or fulfilling your support requests, as well as finding the best person to speak to in order to have your questions answered properly, I have decided to make a public announcement in order to have every single player know what exactly each Head Admin/Owners spends most of their time doing. Those are not exclusive tasks - head admins/Owners take care of all concerns, but those are what we are mostly in charge of.
dndperas: Head of Staff VIP Subcriptions Support, Staff Complaints Assistant Website Manager
Bengo: Server development/Scripter/Mapper, Bug Reports, Server Suggestions. Helper Manager
Section: Staff Complaints Assistant Refund Requests Management, Head of Community Events, Player Reports, General Player Support Ban Appeals Management,
Those tasks mean that you shall prioritize messaging/tagging admins assigned to these tasks before others - in order for you to have the best experience possible and quick replies.
